ACU staff can access free professional counselling sessions through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided by AccessEAP.

The EAP can provide counselling sessions to staff members* and their immediate family who are facing personal and work-related issues. The service is free, voluntary and confidential.

* Excludes casual staff.

In addition to EAP counselling sessions, a specialised Manager Support service is also available for ACU managers and supervisors who are dealing with complex and emotional people management issues.

Manager Support assists with situations that involve difficulties or problems with workplace communication, behaviour or performance.
