Thank you for taking the time to share your views through myVoice this year.
ACU achieved a final response rate of 70 per cent for continuing and fixed-term staff and 22 per cent for casual and sessional staff. Collectively 1,522 continuing fixed-term and 942 casual and sessional staff members participated.
Congratulations to Lorraine McDonald, a casual academic within the School of Education, Faculty of Education and Arts, based on the Mount Saint Mary campus in Strathfield, who is the winner of the Coles Group and Myer $500 gift voucher prize draw.
The myVoice survey is ACU’s regular feedback mechanism, which allows us to track how we are progressing over time and how we compare with the rest of the sector. The overall results in the 2017 survey reflect positively on an organisation that has had significant growth in recent years.
The whole-of-University results will be presented to staff on each campus mid-year. The presentations will enable you to see which areas have improved, along with areas that have been identified for improvement into the future. The high-level results will be published for staff to view on the myVoice website in June. ACU leaders will also share organisational unit results, analyse these results and work within their areas to develop relevant action plans.
I sincerely thank staff for participating in the myVoice survey this year.
