Supervisors and Managers are invited to register for 'Supporting Staff through Change' training workshops

'Supporting Staff through Change' workshops are being held on all campuses in March and April. These interactive sessions will provide supervisors and managers with information and tools that will assist them to manage self and others through change that occurs across the University.
The training will be facilitated by experienced counsellors from AccessEAP, the University’s Employee Assistance Program provider. The workshops will provide participants with the opportunity to:
reflect on their role in supporting staff through change and share experiences with their peers, and
identify and discuss protective and risk factors with a view to increasing the protective factors that support effective change processes within the University environment.
