ACU is supporting Lifeline's Stress Down Day next Friday 25 July - and encourages staff to find more ways to incorporate humour into daily life. Laughter and positive energy help us to stress less and enjoy our time more at work and at home. Along with making us happier it also helps us to access creativity and be more productive.
