Spring into summer with fitness classes at ACU Brisbane

Exciting news Brisbane Campus: Health, Sport and Wellbeing will be offering midday fitness classes to staff and students over the Christmas/New Year break. Held in two five-week blocks, our fitness classes are the perfect way to continue your fitness routine, or to kick start a new one!
When: November/December, week beginning Monday 14 November to week ending Friday 16 December (five weeks) and January/February, week beginning Monday 16 January to week ending Friday 17 February (five weeks).
Where: ACU Brisbane Campus – specific locations can be found here.
Day and time: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 12pm to 1pm
Disciplines: Boot-camp, pilates and yoga
