The Melbourne Studio Gym is proud to present its 2014 incarnation of the ‘Spring into Summer program’. It’s the perfect combination of cardio, strength training and body weight exercises to firm up, reduce body fat, increase your aerobic fitness and muscular strength.
What: 30 minute group exercise class, 12 sessions running over 6 weeks commencing Monday 15 September and finishing up the week of Monday 20 October (last week of semester).
When: Monday and Thursday nights at 5.25 for a 5:30pm start.
Where: The Melbourne Studio Gym, Lower Ground Room 16 of The Daniel Mannix Building.
Cost:Free as part of your Melbourne Studio Gym Membership Package, OR $80 for 12 sessions for ACU staff who are not current gym members.
