Published: Tuesday 14th March 2017
A Portfolio-led review of the University Performance Indicators and Targets (UPI/Ts) was conducted and completed in December 2016 to ensure they remain relevant, achievable and measurable within the constantly changing internal and external environment. The University Performance Targets document has been updated and the revised UPI/Ts have been incorporated into the templates for the 2017 Portfolio Programs and Organisational Unit Plans.
Of the existing 60 UPIs, 48 remained unchanged, four have moved to a different Key Result Area, seven have updated nomenclature and two new UPIs were introduced.
The new UPIs are within Strategic Goal 2: Students, Learning and Teaching and Strategic Goal 4: Corporate Services.
