IT has released a new IT Service Portal for staff, to improve how you can request and access IT services.
From the portal homepage you can make IT requests, seek assistance to fix issues and see IT announcements and outages. The new portal offers a searchable IT knowledgebase which contains many how-to articles and instructional videos and you can provide us feedback to help us improve our service.
We invite you to attend an information session to show you how to use the new portal and to see how the process for requesting IT assistance has changed.
These interactive webinars you step you through what’s changed, how to submit a request and report a problem and much more. There will also be a Q&A segment — giving you an opportunity to ask questions.

Register now Register via Staff Connect no less than two working days before the workshop.
Click the link to Staff Connect in the Staff Website and log in using your Staff username
Click on "Professional Development" then "Course Search" and submit
In "Course type description" look for IT Service Portal Information Session and course code ITSERVICEP
Select the course date then click on the icon in the last column to register.
