Register for Self-Care through Change training workshops

Build your understanding about change in the workplace and how practical strategies can assist you to deal with the emotional impact of change by registering to attend ‘Self-care through Change’ training workshops being conducted on all campuses during March and April 2018.
This training aims to support staff to understand individual responses to change and build skills to deal with the impact of change. Workshops will be facilitated by experienced counsellors from AccessEAP, the University’s Employee Assistance Program provider.
