The Performance Review and Planning (PRP) for Academic Staff is an annual process which assists Academic Staff to gain clarity on how their role makes a contribution to ACU’s achievement of a culture of performance excellence. The PRP also explores the alignment of individual performance objectives with the University’s strategic goals.
The PRP process provides an opportunity for Academic Staff members and their supervisors to:
review their work achievements over the past year
discuss career aspirations
agree on work priorities for the year ahead
consider appropriate development activities to support career aspirations and performance.
