Drive and lead the continued delivery of commercial projects - new build construction, refurbishment and fit outs.
Expansion of Australian Catholic University’s capital works program has created an exciting opportunity for client side Project Managers with exceptional experience and knowledge with a strong emphasis on hands on delivery of multiple projects simultaneously to deliver quality projects from initial briefing to completion. With a solid and ongoing pipeline of capital works projects encompassing small refurbishments to major new builds often executed in live environments, these projects are highly complex both technically and in stakeholder management.
As the Senior Project Manager you will be accountable for the successful delivery of a program of complex multi-million dollar projects through all phases of the project lifecycle in accordance with institutions asset management policy, processes, procedures and governance. You will lead and ensure the timely delivery of all projects within budget, quality and safety standards using best practice project management practices and processes.
To be considered for this position you will possess tertiary qualifications, preferably in a project management or construction related discipline and demonstrate prior client side delivery work experience, preferably in the education sector.
You will be dynamic with a positive can-do attitude, a strong emphasis on customer service and are able to demonstrate proven experience in leading the development, planning and construction of multiple simultaneous projects of a diverse range, ideally small to large building and infrastructure projects.
