Performance Review and Planning for Professional Staff – Due 30 June

Have you met with your staff member/supervisor to discuss your Performance Review and Planning (PRP) for this year?

PRP sessions for all professional staff are due to be completed by 30 June 2014.  The PRP process provides a framework to support a culture of performance excellence at ACU and staff participation in this process is a strategic requirement at ACU (UPI 4.2.2).

Every year the staff member and supervisor meet to review work achievements, set a development plan to assist the staff member with their career aspirations and ongoing professional development and agree on work priorities for the year ahead which are aligned to strategic priorities of ACU.
