Participation in ‘Dealing with Discrimination, Harassment and Bullying Refresher Training' close to 100%

Thank you to those staff who recently participated in ‘Dealing with Discrimination, Harassment and Bullying Refresher Training’. The participation rate is high, with over 80% of staff completing the training.
The University’s expectation is that all staff who haven’t completed induction training in the past 12 months are required participate in this training. All staff who have not completed the training as yet are requested to register via Staff Connect prior to 26 February 2018. These face-to-face sessions are being conducted on all campuses in February, March and April 2018.
Online Video Recording Option for Dealing with Discrimination, Harassment and Bullying Refresher Training
It is preferable that staff attend the training workshops, which provide an opportunity for questions and discussion, but if you are unable to attend, you can view a video recording of the training, in your own time on your own device.
Following completion of the online training, staff need to complete a Declaration Form, confirming they have viewed the video recording. The completed Declaration Form must be sent to HR to record participation.
