New and Revised Policies, Procedures and Guidelines

Updated HR documents
Following the recent review of executive titles and their use across all levels of leadership and management in the University, and consultation with affected staff, the following HR policies have been revised to reflect the updated management levels and ensure consistency of currency in nomenclature. The updated documents were approved by the Vice-Chancellor, effective from 30 March 2017.
The updated documents are available on the Policies & Procedures pages of the ACU website under HR and may be accessed via the links embedded above. You may need to refresh the individual policy page to ensure that the latest version of the policy is displayed.
Accordingly, the Vice-Chancellor has revoked the following previously implemented policies, with effect from 30 March 2017:
Senior Staff Remuneration and Position Title Policy (dated January 2013)
Senior Staff Leave and Associated Arrangements Policy (dated February 2013)
Salary Flexibility Policy (dated 17 December 2012)
