The ACU Satellite Centres Policy and Procedures outline the principles for establishing Australian Catholic University (ACU) Satellite Centres and the associated governance, management and ongoing quality assurance mechanisms required for their operation. Satellite Centres refer to places or sites where learning, teaching, research and/or other services are provided for groups of ACU students and prospective students, but which are geographically and physically located away from the current ACU campuses. ACU Satellite Centres are badged as ACU sites and form part of the continuum of ACU delivery environments.
Endorsed by the Senior Executive Group, the Vice-Chancellor has approved this policy, effective from 1 January 2015.
The new policy is available on the Policies & Procedures pages of the ACU website under Governance and may be accessed via the above links. You may need to refresh the individual policy page to ensure that the latest version of the policy is displayed.
