MyFit@ACU is an Australian university first; an eight week, online, interactive fitness challenge.
The program has been designed for staff and students with the aim of transforming your health and fitness.
Developed by the ACU team of Nathan McLean, an ACU masters graduate and former World’s Toughest Mudder competitor, as well as kickboxing champion and fellow ACU alumni, Ceran Nilsen, the program is based on the team's extensive experience in the fitness industry and personal training environments.
They're confident MyFit@ACU will assist you to meet your health and fitness goals, whether you want to improve your cardio, build muscle, or simply transform your health.
