LSIA to host Research and Innovation in Classroom Assessment (RICA) Conference

ACU’s Learning Sciences Institute Australia will host the 1st International Research and Innovation in Classroom Assessment Conference in Brisbane from 21 to 23 September 2016. The theme for this international conference is research and innovative education practices that support quality classroom assessment.

The conference will bring together practitioners, policy-makers and researchers to collaborate and discuss success strategies, challenges and future directions in assessment.

It is preceded by the 6th International Invitational Symposium on Assessment for Learning, ensuring the participation of 40 world-class assessment experts such as Professor Gordon Stobart and Professor Kari Smith.

ACU staff members and students with an interest in classroom assessment are invited to submit a proposal and/or register to attend this RICA Conference.

The call for proposals closes on Wednesday 22 June.
