Internal Secondment Opportunity – Business Analyst – Integrated Service Management (ISM) Project (HEW8) – six months full-time (time-fraction negotiable)
An opportunity has arisen in the Service Improvement Team (SIT) for a six month internal secondment to work on the ISM Project. The Business Analyst role will be based in Melbourne and report to the Project Manager, ISM Project, within the Service Improvement Team.
The duties of the position include:
Preparing and managing project documentation including the creation of process maps and functional specifications.
Design and manage the identification and collection of information required for the creation of a service management ‘knowledge bank’ to build staff self-help resources and capability to access Corporate Services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to accurately document business and customer user requirements for future service delivery processes and workflows to ensure any new service delivery system meets identified business needs.
Provide administrative support and contributions to project documentation, including Steering Committee documentation, minutes and reports.
