Information sessions: Academic Performance Matrices and Evidence Framework

Published: Wednesday 2nd November 2016

Find out more about the ACU Academic Performance Matrices and Evidence (APME) Framework at Information Sessions for Academic Staff and Supervisor Workshops scheduled in November 2016.

The APME Framework applies to all academic staff and describes the performance expectations by Academic Level for each Academic Career Pathway (ACP). It also provides comprehensive examples of evidence across all areas of academic activity.  The APME Framework can be found on the ACU website.

The APME Framework is one of several frameworks and standards that express the University’s expectations of the conduct, capability, participation and contribution of staff (such as the Code of Conduct, the Learning for Life Framework and the Capability Development Framework).

The APME Framework provides clarity regarding performance expectations that guide academic staff contributions to achieve ACU’s strategy and support our Mission.

In addition, the APME Framework supports conversations between academic staff and supervisors about career planning and development in their current role and considerations for working towards a higher level.
