The session will explore ACU’s commitment to achieving parity between ACU’s workforce and the Indigenous population of Australia by supporting employment opportunities and what you can do to support this goal.
Learn about recruitment options such as:
Targeted recruitment strategy and genuine occupational requirements (e.g. identified positions)
The session will also cover information about cultural supports available for staff and supervisors. The presentation will be facilitated by Manager, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment, Shae Cubillo and Manager, Recruitment Services Emma Treacy.
Who can attend: This information session is for managers and any other interested staff of ACU who have or will have recruiting needs in the future.
