ACU will conduct a Gender Equality Pulse Survey from 6-20 April to gather staff feedback, which it will use to inform the University’s approach to supporting staff in the future.
All staff are encouraged to give their feedback by answering a few questions about gender equality practices, flexible work arrangements, and childcare needs. The survey will be open online from 6-20 April and it takes only a few minutes to complete.
Your feedback will assist the University to implement its Gender Equality Strategy 2015-2020 and advance ACU’s strong position as a leading employer in the field of gender equality.
Sharing your experience of gender equality practices at ACU is important in informing future initiatives, and in enabling the University to demonstrate its practices to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.
How to participate
Your responses to the Gender Equality Pulse survey will be confidential.
All ACU staff will receive an email invitation to complete the online survey when it is launched on 6 April and reminder invitation will be emailed on 13 April.
The results from the 2016 Gender Equality Pulse survey will be analysed and communicated back to staff.
