ACUSCC February meeting

Members of the ACU Staff Consultative Committee (ACUSCC) include representatives of the University, Academic and Professional Staff elected representatives, and representatives from the NTEU and the CPSU.

ACUSCC meetings are normally held every two months. The first meeting of the ACU Staff Consultative Committee for the year was held on 26 February 2015.

Tabled and discussed items at the February meeting included:

  1. Implementation of ACU Staff Enterprise Agreement 2013-2017
    a) EA Implementation Plan
  2. HR and Related Policies for Consultation:
    a) Academic Promotions Policy
    b) Work Health and Safety Policy
    c) Higher Duties Allowance for Professional Staff Policy
    d) Framework for Leading and Managing Change (this item will be tabled again for discussion at the next meeting)
    e) Performance Management for Casual Staff Program Policy (for revocation)
  3. Reports:
    a) 2014 Academic Promotions Report and Data
    b) Indigenous Employment Report (this item will be tabled again for discussion at the next meeting)
  4. Change Management
    a) Properties Directorate (Campus Operations) Change Management Proposal (Draft)
  5. Budget 2015
