The University has revised the ACU Code of Conduct for all staff that informs and guides how we work together and contribute to the mission of the University. Have you read the new Code?
After broad consultation and collecting staff feedback earlier this year, the Code was revised to reflect our contemporary context.
The Code clearly outlines the expectations of ACU staff and affiliates and has been simplified to reflect four key principles, which we commit to and put into action every day:
An accompanying pamphlet has also been distributed to staff desks to encourage all staff to reflect on how they embody these principles in everyday interactions with others.
