188.8.131.52 There is no maximum credit that may be granted for:
a. a designated suite of courses; or
b. for units undertaken by a student at ACU that have not been used towards the completion of another award.
This change has been made to simplify the treatment of credit for designated suites of courses, and to make it easier to process credit for students who are transferring between degrees.
For example, a student who has completed 230 credit points in a double degree may, subject to approval, have all 230 credit points applied as credit to a single component degree without the need for an Executive Dean’s waiver to exceed maximum allowable credit under the Savings Clause.
