A vacancy exists for a staff member to become a Workplace Health and Safety representative as part of the Staff Areas workgroup.
Please contact Wayne Jennings by e-mail or phone if you are interested in becoming a Workplace Health and Safety representative. Alternatively, there is a nomination form available.
WHSR's are elected for a term of three years and can sit on the WH&S committee meetings that are held bi-monthly.
You can find information on the powers and functions of Health and Safety representatives in the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
