Are you interested in extending your knowledge of blended learning to enable you to develop blended units for the first time or to improve your current practice?
The Blended Learning section of the ACU Learning and Teaching website is designed to provide staff with access to ‘just in time’ resources to assist you in developing a deeper understanding of Blended Learning theory and practice. The resources cater for all staff, regardless of their level of experience in teaching in blended modes.
Underpinning these resources are the principles of constructive alignment, with an emphasis on developing units which align assessments, learning activities, content and communication with relevant learning outcomes
Blended Learning theory is connected to practice by means of a series of video case studies developed from interviews with ACU academic staff within each Faculty. These engaging interviews are aimed at stimulating ideas which may have application to your practice.
These Blended Learning resources have been developed as part of the Learning for Life strategy. To find out more about the full suite of Learning for Life projects, click here.
