Last week ACU's Ballarat Library was honoured to have received a plaque from Pinarc Disability Support (PDS). Pinarc Disability Support is a community not-for-profit organisation providing services to around 1000 children and adults with disability, their families, and carers across the Grampians Region.

The plaque was presented to library staff on 21 June 2016 and reads “In appreciation of Ballarat Library’s participation in the independent living skills volunteer program”.

Staff at the Ballarat library have been working with PDS to train one of their volunteers.
