Autumn 2017 course completions - Course Coordinator contact list

With the Autumn 2017 course completion cycle about to commence, the Course Completions team are requesting the assistance of School staff to complete the Course Coordinator contact list.
To ensure we distribute the relevant Course Completion documentation to appropriate staff, we ask that all Schools complete the Autumn 2017 Course Coordinator Contact List on SharePoint.
To edit the contact list:
1. Click on the spreadsheet titled ‘Autumn 2017 Graduation – Course Coordinator contact list’.
2. Select the relevant campus tab.
3. Click the ‘Edit in Browser” button located in the top left hand corner.
4. Complete column D and E (if required).
5. Exit the spreadsheet by navigating back or exiting the browser.
Note: There is no ‘save’ button. SharePoint will automatically update the spreadsheet as you edit.
As we will be sending Round 1 pro formas on 5 October 2016, we ask that this information be updated by COB Friday 30 September 2016.
