Are you a leader?

Published: Friday 23rd January 2015

The Leadership Competency Framework (LCF) is one of the ways in which ACU invests in its people by developing leadership capability across the University.  During this year, a series of three workshops will explore the LCF and help to empower supervisors in the vital role they play in leading the University’s success. These leadership workshops are interactive, informative and an excellent opportunity to share knowledge and meet fellow colleagues.

These tailored workshops are for professional and academic supervisors at ACU, and all supervisors are expected to attend the three LCF series workshops within the first few years of their employment.  Leadership competencies are important for the enhancement of personal and team performance and these workshops provide practical tools to enhance skills and decision-making.
