Message from Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Corporate Services) Dr Stephen Weller: The Service Matters Survey has again proved to be a source of rich data and service improvement suggestions thanks to the more than 1300 staff who responded to the survey in June.
Over 34 per cent of all staff (and 47 per cent of all non-casual staff) provided feedback on the quality of professional services at ACU across nine key service lines:
Finance & Procurement Services
Human Resources Services
Information & Communication Technology Services
Learning & Teaching Services
Legal & Governance Services
Marketing, Communication and External Relations Services
Planning & Strategic Management Services
Property & Facilities Management Services
Student Academic & Administrative Services
Staff feedback included over 5,000 free text comments that have provided valuable information about what is working well and what could be improved at ACU.
The results indicate that staff generally recognised the efforts of their colleagues to provide effective, timely and helpful service but that more could be done to improve the systems and processes that support service delivery.

Your feedback helps us understand how well we are tracking with current service improvements and focuses our attention on initiatives to be added to the ACU Service Improvement Program.
