Staff are invited to participate in an interactive Mental Health Awareness webinar on Thursday 11 September 2014 that will provide tips on how to support friends and family.

R U OK? Day Webinar.  A Conversation can change a life.

R U OK? Day is a national day of action on Thursday 11 September 2014 - dedicated to reminding people to regularly check in with family, friends and colleagues.

Participate in an interactive webinar which aims to raise awareness on common mental health issues and equip participants with strategies and tips for providing support to those close to them and enhancing their awareness of how to approach someone and ask R U OK?
