Service Desk Advisory - Echo 360 Scheduled Outage - Monday 24th June 2013
Dear ACU Staff,
Please be advised that an Echo 360 outage has been scheduled for Monday 24th June 2013 from approximately 8.00am until 6.00pm.
Staff will not be able to edit lecture recordings, upload external media or Personal Capture recordings to the Echo 360 system during this time.
Staff and students will still be able to watch back any recorded lectures.
Any scheduled room lectures will still be recorded via the capture devices.
Should you experience any problems accessing Echo 360 after the outage, please contact the Service Desk for assistance.
