Service Desk Advisory - Adobe Connect Add-in Update
A new Adobe Connect Add-in has been released. If you have not updated to the latest release, please do so before 9 September 2017.
If you are a Windows user
Run the Adobe Connect Diagnostic Test to check if you need to update your Add-in.
If you do, you will see the following message: “Add-in Not installed”, click the “Install Add-in” button to commence the update process.
Once installed, the diagnostic test should pass all four checks.
If you are a Macintosh user
Download and install the latest Adobe Connect 9 Meeting Add-in for Mac (version 11.9.979.377, ZIP format, posted on 26 April 2017)
Note: If you do not download the latest Add-in by 9 September, you will be prompted to download it as you enter an Adobe Connect meeting room.
