Student’s opinion rewarded

ACU Brisbane student Barbara Daw has won an iPod Nano just for speaking her mind.

In February, Barbara and other ACU students and staff were invited to participate in research into the library’s current systems.

Focus groups were run on the Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane campuses and explored what participants thought of the library’s services - including the online catalogue, search function and website.

Each participant received an iTunes gift card and had a chance to win an iPod, donated by Monitor Business Machines. The winning entry was drawn by Nairi Mozian, Administrative Team Leader from Properties in North Sydney this month.
