Human Resources Restructure

On Thursday March 1, Human Resources (HR) commenced its new structure that is strategically aligned to support and enhance the business and outcomes.

The new structure will enable HR to deliver core business processes, maintain a strategic focus and provide integrated business solutions in partnership with our clients.

A key feature of our new structure is the creation of a HR Advisory Service.  The new service is the first point of call for staff advice and information.  The HR Advisory Service can also assist with referring or escalating matters to HR experts and receives all documents for processing within HR. 

HR will introduce the new team structure in HR Matters newsletters over the coming weeks.
