Celebrate cultural diversity with A Taste of Harmony 

Research has found diverse teams operating in inclusive workplaces are better at innovation, problem solving and creating new products.

A Taste of Harmony is an annual event that provides Australian workplaces with the opportunity to celebrate diversity in their workforce. This year A Taste of Harmony will take place from 19 – 25 March 2012.

Funded by the Scanlon Foundation, the event involves staff members bringing a meal representative of their culture, or a culture they are eager to try, to an organised lunch or morning/afternoon tea. Employees are also encouraged to share stories of their cultural background.
