Campus Work Health and Safety

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment on all ACU campuses, Facilities Management undertake rigorous bi-annual property work health and safety risk audits.

Managing audits

Through an online reporting portal, Properties and Facilities staff can communicate freely and openly on solutions, techniques and rectification plans to ensure that each and every property is safe and comfortable for all ACU staff and students.

Reviewing audits

In addition to the bi-annual audits,  UniMutual (underwritten by AIG Insurance) also completes an annual property risk audit. These audits provide ACU with an external review of our processes, procedures and property risk evaluations by a recognised independent authority.
