Facilities Management manage and maintain all the facilities in ACU’s operational environment.
We are responsible for:
- engineering maintenance
- asset management and asset replacement
- building compliance and testing
- emergency management
- cleaning and hygiene
- security and contractor compliance
- concierge services
- invoicing and event coordination.
The majority of our services are delivered locally utilising local staff and service providers, contractors and suppliers. For high value or property risk works, service contracts are deployed under the National Service Agreement.
