The Office of the Director is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction for strategic planning, quality and risk management, and related services to support the University’s Mission and vision. The Director leads the OPSM Management team and has oversight of the four functional areas:
The Planning and Quality team is responsible for the facilitation, development, implementation and continuous improvement of the University’s planning and quality frameworks. The main activities include:
strategic, portfolio and organisational unit planning
monitoring and reporting of performance against the strategic plan
The Statistical Analysis and Surveys (SAAS) team is responsible for providing various data related services to the University to support evidence-based decision-making and reporting to the Government as part of the statutory requirements. The main activities include:
