The University’s Quality Management approach is guided by the Mission and Vision with a strong commitment to quality and excellence. The Quality Management cycle is based on the PIRI (Plan, Implement, Review, Improve) model and further strengthens the University’s focus on continual improvement and innovation.
It is a cyclical system for ongoing review and improvement and outlines the organisational characteristics that are essential to achieve quality and sustained success.
The Office of Planning and Strategic Management manages the University's Organisational Unit reviews on behalf of the Planning, Quality and Risk Committee. The Office also assures the University’s processes comply with the Higher Education Standards Framework.
