ACU has a centralised database of key contacts for events in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Contact the Events Team if you require assistance in obtaining some key contacts in order to build your own guest list.
When compiling your event guest list, be sure to ask all relevant stakeholders and departments for their contribution. This includes the host, Faculties, Vice-Chancellor’s Office, Marketing and External Relations (MER) and outside organisations (if applicable). Consider the ratio of external guests to ACU staff and carefully check duplicates, spelling, titles and post-nominals (refer to the Staff Directory on the ACU website for ACU staff). Please note: For ALL events hosted by the Chancellor or Vice-Chancellor, and/or if any VIP guests or media are attending, the guest list and invitation is to be approved. Seek approval from the relevant EPG member first before sending to the OVC (Simone Chetcuti) for final approval.
