Content Management

Content management systems provide environments where teachers and eLearning Designers (or Developers) may create, store, reuse, manage, and deliver digital learning content from a central object repository.

LEO / Moodle

To a great extent, Moodle is a content management system used for creating both digital learning content and web sites for units. LEO (Learning Environment Online) is a Moodle web server used to also bring together all our eLearning technologies in one place.

Equella is a content management system that is integrated with LEO. Equella works as repository of files that you could use in your unit/s.

The benefit of Equella is that once an item is added you will be able to access the content from within your unit or share it across units.
