Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (GCHE)
The Graduate Certificate in Higher Education leads to a formal qualification in tertiary teaching, and aims primarily to enhance the quality of teaching and learning within the context of the University's Mission and policies.

Units of Study
The Graduate Certificate in Higher Education is made up of four units, three compulsory units plus an elective unit. These units are:
Compulsory Units:
- UNHE500 - Learning and Teaching in Higher Education
- UNHE501 - Curriculum, Assessment and Evaluation
- UNHE502 - Contexts and Issues in Higher Education
Elective Units:
- UNHE503 - Research-based Learning and Teaching
or - UNHE504 - Higher Degree Research Supervision.
