Telecommunications FAQ details some common questions and answers that staff have asked us over the last few years.
The questions vary from the straight forward ones, such as “ how do I place an order for an IP phone” to more challenging ones such as “I am planning to travel overseas on University business. How can I access my email and internet”. All these and more are detailed in the FAQ.
