IT Service Desk

Welcome to the Information Technology Service Desk. The Service Desk is available to all ACU staff and is your central point of contact when you need IT support. The IT Service Desk also coordinate requests from staff for Campus Operations support.

Service Desk Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 7:30pm AEDST
Friday: 7:30am to 6:30pm AEDST

Students

If you are a student with an IT problem your local IT Client Service Team can help you during business hours. IT Support is located next to the computer labs on most campuses. Student Centre on your campus can provide you with other assistance or assistance for remote students.

Network Maintenance

Please be aware that IT carry out routine network maintenance on a Friday evening from 6pm to 10:30pm. This may interrupt access to some services.
