How do I get Voicemail access?

Please email a request to Service Desk asking for Voicemail access.

Accessing your Voicemail

Normal procedure:

1 Lift handset or press speaker button

Press messages button or dial voicemail number:

Brisbane 7373
Melbourne 3992
North Sydney 2971
Strathfield 4370
Ballarat 5496
Canberra 1200
3 The system will respond with either "Please enter your password" (follow step 6 to 8) or "Hello, Unity message systemÂ…" (continue from step 4)
4 When you hear the "Hello, Unity message systemÂ…" message press the star (*) key
5 At the "Please enter your personal ID followed by hash", enter your phone extension and hash (#)
6 At the "Please enter your password" enter your security code followed by the hash (#)
7 Follow the prompts to access your voicemail

If however, the Unity message starts again, hang up as it means all the voicemail lines are busy - try again later

2 Follow from step 4 above
