Important Dates



8 September

RDM editing of staff availability for Semester 1, 2018 will close at 4pm

Data Checks for Semester 1, 2018 will be finalised by TE&R

11 September

TE&R will commence scheduling of Semester 1, 2018 activities – all TLOs to be available for questions about activities that may require further clarification

25 September

WDC will open for Summer Semester and Professional Terms 1-4

9 October

WDC closes for Summer Semester and Professional Terms 1-4

Semester 1, 2018 draft timetable released to ACU staff

New Timetabling policy and procedures were approved by Academic Board at the end of last year. These became effective as of Jan 1 2017 so we are now operating under these Policy and Procedures documents.

Thank you to everyone for their quick responses to our semester 1, 2018 data checks. We appreciate your adaptability to the changes in data check processes, and your attention to detail. The thoroughness of these checks will hold us in good stead as we commence scheduling over 6500 semester 1, 2018 activities.

Please note that our team will be attending the ACU Student Administration Conference 7- 8 September and will unable to respond to timetabling enquiries until Monday 11 September.

Please note:
Timetabling staff members hold a team meeting every Wednesday/Thursday morning between 9.30am and 11.30am.
