Turnaround times for Work Requests

Ad hoc work requests (Students site with workflow)

Update published by IRM - 1 day (and then pending approval and publication)
Please notify IRM of any urgent queries

Ad hoc work requests (other sites) 1 working day
New form creation Allow 5 working days
Updating existing forms Allow 1 – 2 working days
SharePoint permissions for IRM documents including Handbook and Course Browser Allow 1 – 2 working days
Course Progression queries Allow 1 – 2 working days
Handbook and Course Browser information queries Allow 1 – 2 working days which may include follow up with Faculties

New Reporting Lines

As of 1 June, the IRM Section came under the direction of Helen Murnane, Associate Director, Student Administrative Services.

2018 Course Browser and Handbook Cycle

All Handbook and Course Browser updates up to and including May Academic Board approvals have now been returned to IRM.

The IRM team held our Course Browser/Handbook pre-planning meeting so that all team members became familiar with our responsibilities in the publication of the Course Browser and Handbook for 2018.

The 2018 cycle commenced on Monday, 29 May and work is progressing very well and in line with our workplan.

ACU Brand Logo on Forms

The IRM team is currently updating all Student Administration forms and letters (PDF and Word) to incorporate the new ACU logo. We are updating all instances in the Student Portal as well as the ACU public and Staff sites.

Course Progression

All courses in Course Progression have now been updated for 2017!

Courses from Phase 5 are steadily being made live and additional support offered to Faculty staff to expedite the testing process.

Many thanks to Mell and Lesley for their continued hard work and support!

We continue to receive ad hoc Course Progression queries. We recommend that course or unit specific queries, for example, enrolment or grades, are sent to the relevant sections.

Please continue to send any user access requests to the Course Progression inbox.

Student Notices and Alerts
Submit changes to Student Notices or Alerts via the IRM Work Request Form.

Please remember to visit the Student Notices and the student site (alerts on right hand side of page) regularly to ensure it stays current.
