27 March 2017 WDC check spreadsheets available for TLOs
27 March 2017 CRF opens for requests to change/update Semester 2, 2017 Modules and Templates
27 March 2017 ET is available for attachment of Staff to Semester 2, 2017 Activities as well as updating Activity information
3 April 2017 CRF and ET close for changes to Semester 2, 2017 data
5 April 2017 Web Data Collector closes for Winter and Professional Terms 5 – 8 Timetable requests
7 April 2017 RDM closes at 4pm AEST

New Timetabling policy and procedures were approved by Academic Board at the end of last year.  These became effective as of Jan 1 2017 so we are now operating under these Policy and Procedures documents.

Academic Staff with questions relating to ECHO 360 are asked to submit a Service Desk request. This will expedite resolutions as the majority of ECHO 360 enquiries are not able to be resolved by the Timetabling team. Service Desk will direct enquiries to the appropriate team for resolution.

We are currently preparing the Semester 2, 2017 data for scheduling. Many thanks for your cooperation and patience during this busy time.

Please note:
Timetabling staff members hold a weekly team meeting every Wednesday afternoon between 2pm and 3pm.
