The Exams Team is currently recruiting Examination Supervisors for the University’s main exam period. As ACU is moving to a two week exam block with a third daily session, we have a need for more invigilators. Despite the processing of well over fifty applications, we need more applicants, particularly for our Brisbane, North Sydney and Strathfield campuses.

Prospective Supervisors should be encouraged to submit an online application. The opportunity is now available on the ACU Careers Webpage.

The Exam Management System (EMS) will open on 27 February 2017 for the request and upload of examinations for the main and the deferred/supplementary block. The latest software release for EMS has new features that will streamline the exam request and paper upload processes. Our team is currently creating new user guides to better support Academic Staff throughout the exam request process.

Results are due two weeks following the student’s examination.  Initial grades are entered into Student Connect by the Lecturer in Charge.

Change of Grade forms within six months of the release of results must be approved by the Head of School, after six months the form requires approval of the Dean.

Change of Grade forms should have the correct Term, Unit Code, Unit Title and CRN for processing.

Please note:

Examinations & Results weekly team meetings are held every Tuesday between 9 am and 10 am.
